All Board of Trustee and Executive Council members are required to join one committee where they can be actively engaged in SSWIM. The inaugural committees will comprise of 6 committees that will be headed by a chair or co-chairs. As the regular membership grows, committees will be open to regular members and some of the committees may be expanded or split to accommodate the emerging needs of the organization. Members are encouraged to join a committee where they feel they can best contribute to the work of SSWIM based on their skills, talents, expertise or past experiences.
